Bonafide is an open identity and privacy protocol owned by Cloud Connected Inc. The specification, reference implementation, and associated SDKs are made available under separate license terms. Where components are released as open source, those components are governed by the terms of their respective licenses.
You agree to use our products and services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any proprietary software beyond what is permitted by applicable law. You may not use our products to violate the privacy or rights of others.

Our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloud Connected shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pasco County, Florida.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our products and services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
